President Abraham Lincoln spent the night before his famous Address in 1863 at the private residence of David Wills. The Wills House, also on Lincoln Square, is currently under renovation by the National Park Service to serve as their center of information.
The Gettysburg Hotel, on Lincoln Square, has been beautifully renovated; it now includes a large ballroom, private dining rooms and seminar and conference suites.
The historic Railroad Station has opened after many renovations. This is the station where Lincoln arrived by train prior to delivering his famous Address.
